On school holidays, young actors aged 5-10 can join us from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM for an action-packed theatrical adventure. Together, they’ll explore the magic of theater, practice improvisation, and craft their own captivating mini-performance. Be there for the grand finale during the last half-hour when they shine in front of parents and caregivers. Unleash your child’s inner star – school’s out, arts in!

Here is the Who, What, When, Where, and Why:
Who: children ages 5-10
What: one-day theater program for young actors on closed school holidays & a performance during the last half-hour of the day!
When:9:00 AM to 4:00 PM on school holidays
Where: Stage Door Theatre Rehearsal Room
Why: WHY NOT? Through engaging activities and teamwork, students will learn the basics of theater, games, improvisation, and storytelling, and will work together to create an original mini-production.
Fall
October 6: “Animal Adventures” –Take on the roles of various animals, from the depths of the ocean to the heart of the jungle, and embark on a wild and educational theatrical journey.
October 9: “Space Odyssey”–Blast off into the cosmos for an intergalactic adventure, where young astronauts explore the mysteries of the universe and encounter extraterrestrial beings.
November 7th: “Circus Spectacular” -Step right up to the circus and carnival extravaganza, where students become acrobats, clowns, and animal trainers in a whirlwind of laughter and excitement.
Spring:
January 18th: “Superhero Showdown”-Create a captivating story where heroes and villains clash in a battle of wits and courage, exploring adventures of good versus evil.
February 16th: “Mythical Realms” –Immerse yourselves in the rich world of mythology, bringing gods, goddesses, and legendary creatures to life in an epic mythical tale.
February 19th: “Pirate’s Plunder” -Hoist the Jolly Roger and set sail on a high-seas adventure as young pirates hunt for buried treasure, encounter sea monsters, and navigate treacherous waters.
March 8th: “Fairytale Frenzy” -Combine elements from different fairy tales, creating a whimsical world where classic characters team up for a magical and unexpected journey.
Registration Details and Reminders:
-Each session is a different adventure!
-Tuition: $50.00 per day
– Please send your child in clothes that are easy to move in
– Pack a sack lunch
-Bring a water bottle
