Disney Days: Ballet Camp
Explore dance through music and storytelling in this fun-filled morning camp! Lessons develop body awareness, rhythm, coordination, and confidence using engaging music, books, crafts, and games. Students will express themselves in new ways and learn how to tell stories through dance.
Superhero Summer: Acting Camp
Become a storytelling Superhero! Channel your child’s summer energy into entertaining acting games, craft activities and character-based performance. Students will create their own superhero character while learning the basics of acting and storytelling.
Young Artists (Ages 6-10)

Musical Theatre Camp
Become a triple threat by learning to sing, dance, and act! Talented professionals will guide students through various dance styles, singing classes, scene study and so much more! Students will work together to create a showcase that includes scenes and musical numbers from award-winning shows to be performed for family and friends at the end of the week.
Aspiring Actors Camp
Learn to create characters and tell stories! This camp is designed to encourage self-confidence onstage and serves as an introduction to the fundamentals of acting technique. Classes for the week include improv, comedy, monologues, scene work, and acting games. Aspiring Actors Camp culminates in a showcase for friends and family to show off the students’ newfound talents!
Pre & Teen Training (Ages 11-18)

Students hone techniques to prepare them to tackle a role onstage. Technique classes for the week include improv, film, comedy, scene work, Shakespeare, and stage combat. Students will work with professional actors to broaden their repertoire and sharpen their technique. These pieces will be rehearsed throughout the week and culminate in an exciting showcase for friends and family.
Elements of Theatre
This camp is for the students who love to know what goes on behind the scenes! In Elements of Theatre, students will learn all about what goes into the making of a theatrical production. Classes include scenic design, costuming, makeup, lighting, sound, and props. With guidance from our professional faculty, students will work on their very own show.
Students interested in future leadership positions in technical theatre for Stage Door Performing Arts Academy are encouraged to participate in this camp.
$245 + $40 materials fee
Musical Theatre Intensive
Become a part of a company! This one-week intensive is the full experience. In addition to auditioning, rehearsing, and performing in their own show, students will take in-depth classes in all aspects of musical theatre: dance technique & styles, voice & music, acting, and stage combat. At the end of the week, students will put on a musical showcase in the Stage Door Theatre for the community!
All levels of experience welcome.
Stage Door Performing Arts Academy have the following COVID-19 safety measures in place:
- Masks – Properly worn, well-fitted masks are mandatory for all students, parents, faculty, and volunteers while indoors (unless immediately eating or drinking). Extra masks are on hand for use. N95 masks are encouraged.
- Temperature Checks – Will be administered before campers are allowed into the building.
- Sanitizing – There will be enhanced and frequent cleaning of high-traffic surfaces, as well as more hand sanitizing stations across the building.
- Hand Washing – Campers will be required to wash their hands upon entry to the building.
- Training – Stage Door is providing key staff members with training to become certified COVID Compliance Officers. Their knowledge will serve to guide and maintain the safety standards of the theatre.
