STAGE DOOR PERFORMING ARTS ACADEMY’S

COVID-19 POLICY

Effective January 1, 2022, Stage Door Performing Arts Academy has implemented a mandatory Vaccination policy. The health and safety of our students is our highest priority. All students age 5 and up are required to provide proof of vaccination (or proof of medical exemption) by April 1st 2022 to continue participating in in-person classes/rehearsals. If we do not have proof of vaccination on file for your student by April 1st 2022 we will transfer them to one of our many virtual options. Proof of vaccination must come directly from the healthcare provider that performed the vaccination. (A photo of a physical card showing proof of vaccination should be sent via email to grace@stagedoortheatrega.org. Photo evidence must have names, dates, and other pertinent information clearly readable.)

In addition to the mandatory vaccination policy, Stage Door Performing Arts Academy will also have the following safety measures in place:

  • Masks – Properly worn masks are mandatory for all students, parents, faculty, and volunteers while indoors (unless immediately eating or drinking). Extra masks are on hand for use.
  • Temperature Checks – Will be administered before students are allowed into class or rehearsal.
  • Sanitizing – There will be enhanced and frequent cleaning of high-traffic surfaces, as well as more hand sanitizing stations across the building.
  • Training – Stage Door is providing key staff members with training to become certified COVID Compliance Officers. Their knowledge will serve to guide and maintain the safety standards of the theatre.
