Each season, we strive to bring the most challenging, engaging, compelling and entertaining works to you with some of the most talented artists in the industry.

Stage Door Theatre will always place an emphasis on quality and professionalism, while continuing to educate and expand the theatrical knowledge and experience of both our audiences and our artists.

To put on a play with some of the best artists in the country takes a substantial financial obligation by our team of theatre professionals.

Each non-musical play costs about $15,000 – $25,000 with professional artists, sets, costumes, wigs, lighting, sound and royalties.

Each Musical is between $40,000 – $45,000 to bring a quality production to you. To bring you an enjoyable and full entertainment experience, our costs increase due to royalties, having musicians, choreographers, additional talent, and typically larger sets, more lighting and sound systems. Our musicians, choreographers, musical directors, royalties, and expanded technical requirements increase our costs to produce for you an enjoyable and full entertainment experience

With your support and the support of others like you, Stage Door Theatre hopes to expand our reach into some community-based programming, to expand our anti-bullying program to more schools and students, to bring education and programs to younger audiences in the near future, and to create a larger space to make that all happen.

The following levels of sponsorship are available. 

  • Super Nova Presenting Sponsor – $15,000
  • Mega Star Sponsor – $10,000 – $12,000
  • Star Sponsor – $7,500 – $9,500
  • Archangel Sponsor – $5,000 – $7,000
  • Angel Sponsor – $2,500 – $4,500
  • Cast of Thousands Sponsor – $1,200 – $2,000
For all sponsorships:
  • Exposure to 12,000 patrons annually who attend our theater
  • E-News blast to 5,500 patrons 12 times per year

As a Super Nova Presenting Sponsor you will receive the following:
  • Curtain call announcement from the stage at each play naming you as “Presented By….” 
  • Exposure to more than 12,000 patrons annually who attend our theater.
  • Your logo will be included in ALL marketing for this play.  
  • You will be interviewed and have a post throughout our social media platforms. 
  • Ongoing “Season 46” clickable link with prominent location on our website. 
  • Your company will continue to be presented as a prominent supporter of the arts throughout the season from the stage during curtain announcements, and in our marketing, on our website, and in our programs.
  • Full page advertising in our program for all other shows during the season. 
  • Your company logo will be prominently displayed in the Lobby throughout the season.
  • Display your literature in our Lobby throughout the season.
  • An invitation for 30 of your guests to attend one Thursday evening show during the show-run. The evening will include light hor’dourves and wine an hour before the show begins. 
  • Meet and Greet with the Artistic Director, Directors, Talent and Staff after the show.
  • Included in advertising with all other special events, fundraisers, and show opportunities.

Restaurant Partners

Why would you want to participate with the theater in this program?

  • Priority marketing opportunity – Limited number of restaurants will be selected to participate.
  • Each Restaurant Partner is recognized from the stage at every play and theatre goers are encouraged to frequent the restaurant (1,400 people per play run).
  • Restaurant Partners will receive a half page ad (5” W x 3.85”H) in all play programs ($1,200 value). You may upgrade that ad size to a full page for $500 if you like.

What is expected from you when participating in this program?

  • Host an Opening Late-Night Party for cast and guests at your restaurant.
  • Hosting involves appetizers, desserts and a cash bar for approximately 50 people after the play on opening night. (Approximately 10:15 pm – midnight.)
  • Restaurant Partners are asked to offer a 15 – 25% discount to season ticket holders throughout the year to bring in new business.
  • Each of our Restaurant Partners will provide a special item or discount for each of our season subscribers. Let your server know you are there because you are a Stage Door Theatre season ticket subscriber. They may request that you show your tickets to receive their offering.

  • Angels – $2,500 – $4,999
  • Cast of 1000’s – $1,000 – $2,499
  • Producers – $500 – $999
  • Directors – $250 – $499
  • Patrons – $100 – $249

  • 12,000 patrons over the course of a single main stage season, each receiving a FREE, full-color brochure as they enter the theatre – focusing 24,000 eyes on your ad.
  • Nearly 1,400 Season Ticket Holders and Donors support our business sponsors.
  • Theatre patrons represent a cross-section of the community, from students to seniors, and are a well-educated, affluent, and culturally diverse clientele.
  • Program Marketing is good for business by demonstrating community support.
  • Offering a 15 – 25% discount for Season Ticket Holders can encourage NEW business.

Ads should be high resolution (pdf or jpg), delivered TWO (2) weeks prior to each play.
